If you are a Judgment  Debtor and your judgment has been assigned to me you have the following options based on your ability to pay as determined by myself:

  1. Pay  judgment amount + filing costs + interest + legal fees in full within 30 days of receiving Demand Letter. In some cases I can deduct some or all of the additional costs/interest/fees. All legal actions will cease immediately and a Satisfaction of Judgment will be filed with the court.

  2. Pay 10% of judgment amount + filing costs + interest + legal fees within 30 days of receiving Demand Letter, thereafter make an agreed upon monthly payment until paid off.

  3. Make me a REASONABLE offer based on your ability to pay.

  4. I am NOT a collection agency that typically calls and mails you about demand for payment. I send only one Demand Letter and after 30 days I ask the court to take full legal action against you in order to enforce the judgment against you.

If I do not hear from you within 30 days of the Demand Letter I will assume you have no intentions of making any payment efforts and I will take all or some of the following legal actions against you as allowed by law:

  1. File the judgment with the national credit reporting agencies.

  2. Request the court to garnish your wages directly with your employer.

  3. Request the court to garnish your bank checking/savings accounts directly with your bank.

  4. Request the court to garnish your stocks and bonds directly with your broker.

  5. File a lien at the state level which will put a lien on ALL of your property located in the state.

  6. Request the court to seize and auction your automobile(s), boat(s), real estate property, and personal property including household property through the sheriff's department.

  7. The costs incurred in the above actions may be added to your judgment amount by the court.

Please keep in mind that:

  1. The judgment against you will stay on the records and be enforceable by the courts for 20 years from the date of the judgment.

  2. The original owner of your judgment was not, as I am, a professionally trained Judgment Recovery Specialist with more than enough resources at my disposal to locate your assets and request the court to enforce the judgment.
